People often ask me what the biggest threats are to Lake Michigan and how we are doing in our efforts to combat them.
A few weeks ago, I heard an interview on WBEZ that I thought gave a great summary of where we’ve been, where we are and where we’re going as far as the health of our lake is concerned.
The segment was on Reset with Jenn White, who interviewed Great Lakes expert Dan Egan. A journalist with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Egan is the author of the New York Times best-selling book The Death and Life of the Great Lakes.
